CHALLENGE

Create and develop a digital product for mobile using the Design Thinking methodology. This project was for a startup, so emphasis was put on building their corporate identity and structure, along with the development of its product.

GOAL

Design an app that’s user friendly and meets the user’s needs when it comes to the problem it aims to solve, all while integrating the brand’s values and identity.

BRAND’S CONCEPT

TEXTILANDO is a mobile app that aims to provide its users with the knowledge and tools to reuse and recycle in the fashion industry in order to mitigate the issue surrounding textile waste. Its objective is to connect users with designers, entrepreneurs, brands, and organizations for the purpose of creating a close-knit community.

LOGO

The name and logo of this project was born from the fusion of the recycling symbol and the word textiles, which is the raw material to be reused and recycled.

ICON

The icon is a visual synthesis that represents the brand. It was designed combining a part of the recycling symbol with the letter T of TEXTILANDO.
